1. Inspection Before Delivery

2. Exchange Policy
β’ Size Exchanges: If you need a different size for the same design, exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving your order, as long as the requested size is in stock.
β’ Condition: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original conditionβunused, unwashed, and undamaged.
β’ Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely placed in its original packaging and hand it to the delivery representative when exchanging.
β’ Shipping Fees: Additional shipping fees apply for exchanges.
3. Refund Policy
β’ No Refunds: Once the order has been accepted, refunds are not available.
β’ Complete Returns Only: Orders cannot be returned partially. The entire order must be exchanged or returned together.
4. Refusing to Receive the Order
β’ If you choose to refuse the order, you are required to cover the shipping costs by paying them directly to Wovenly. Please note the following details:

β’ Any payment made to the delivery agent will be treated as a tip and will not count toward the shipping costs.
